We are also a partner of the Bundesverband Deutscher Stiftungen and co-editors of the publication “Gemeinnützigkeit steuern und gestalten” (“Controlling and designing charitable character”) This publication provides an overview of economic and tax requirements for charitable associations and their management bodies. Contributions are based on years of professional experience of the authors with laws and organisational principles for charitable institutions.
